But here's the problem: many lack the tools to make their voices heard. Who today has a printer, stamps, and envelopes? That's where we come in: We provide all the necessary materials for you to write letters and postcards absolutely free of charge, empowering everyone to pen their thoughts, advocate for great causes, and shape the future.
Here's the deal: we're not here running our own campaigns. Instead, we're here to act as a proxy between you and established organizations like Vote Forward, Postcards to Voters, and more. We provide you all the tools you need to write—printed templates, stamps, envelopes, etc.—all completely free. And the best part: once you've written your letters, bring them back to us and we'll take care of storing them and mailing them when the time comes. It's as simple as that! All you need to do is write.
There are three different levels of materials/services we provide: Full Service, Printing & Supplies, & Stamps Only.
This is the least amount of effort for you! We will take care of everything, you just need to write.
For Vote Forward, we will get you a list of voters, print out the letter templates, and provide stamps and envelopes. Once you have completed your batch of letters, bring them back to us and you’re all set! You don’t need to create any kind of account, hold on to letters, worry about post office hours, or anything of that sort.
For Postcarding, we will work with you to choose a campaign that you like or we can pick one for you. From there, we will provide a list of names and addresses, the script, postcards, and postcard stamps. We can also put mail the postcards out on your behalf.
If you want to keep track of things yourself or engage with specific campaigns, you can adopt voters from any campaign or organization you’d like, send us the materials, and we will print them out and provide envelopes/postcards and stamps. We can also hold onto your letters/postcards and mail them at the right time.
